Complete Your Marketing Profile & Website/App Settings

Site & App Settings is where you control the information the public will see. Here you can edit the contact information you want potential leads to reach you at, the logos and profile photos that appear on your profiles/website/app, your public biography, social links, legal footer information, as well as where you control your registration settings and site subdomain.

  • Adding information to this profile will not change any of the information on your KW Profile.

To edit your Website & App Settings:

Access

1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.

2. Click to access the Websites Appletconsumer_icon.png, on the left side of the page.


3. Click Manage Settings, on the right side of the page.

Contact Information

1. Click into the Contact Information section, on the left side of the page.

2. Enter your Mobile Phone (required), Office Phone (required), Fax Number (optional), Email (required), and Website (optional).

  • When entering phone numbers, use the flag icon to select a country, if you are international.
  • When entering your website, make sure to enter "https://" at the beginning of your web address.
  • Also for the website, if you don't add your KW Website here (xxxx.kw.com) then it could break listing links for things like saved searches or collections. Even if you have a vanity URL (paul.com) that is pointed at your KW site domain, it could still break the links.

3. Add your DBA logo from your device. Once added, you have the ability to Crop Image or to Choose a Different Image.

  • If you don't have access to your Market Center DBA logo, you can find these on the KW Logos and Branding resources page
  • When you use the cropping tool, it will crop the image to a square. Our KWRI logos are a rectangle, so it's not recommended those using this tool.

4. Next, enter your Market Center / Brokerage Name (required), Market Center / Brokerage Office Phone Number (required), Market Center / Brokerage Address (required), and Market Center / Brokerage License Number (optional).

5. Click Save, at the bottom right of the page.

My Photo

1. Click into the My Photo section, on the left side of the page.

2. Click to upload your agent profile photo (My Photo) which is required, and to upload your Team Logo, if you have one. You can also remove your team logo if necessary, just hover over the logo and click the Delete icon.

  • When you use the cropping tool, it will crop the image to a square. If you need to crop your photo/logo to a different shape, crop outside of the tool before adding.

 The Team Logo populates at the top left of every page on your KW Agent Site:
  • If there is no Team Logo added, it will display your name. If you don't want anything to appear there, on your site, add a blank .PNG file as your Team Logo.

3. Click Save, at the bottom right of the page.

My Details

1. Click into the My Details section, on the left side of the page.

2. At the top of this section, enter your First and Last Name (Required), Agent License Number (Optional), Job Title (Optional), Team (Optional), Slogan (Optional), and Designations/Credentials (Optional).

  • The Agent License Number field is not required, but if you are going to use the Promote My App SmartPlan, you must complete this field. There is a merge-tag included, in the first email that will send out, that will cause a sending error if this field is blank. 

     

  • The Slogan field will not visible to consumers as of now, but there are plans to display that information in the near future.

3. Next, you will see the Military Affiliations drop-down. This focuses on military service, past or present, military spouses, Gold Star Family members, and more. Once you select an affiliation, a Military Service Details drop-down will appear, where you can select the specific service, categorized by country. Use the drop-downs to select any number of combinations.

  • As this is a brand new field, it hasn't been connected to any public facing profiles, but there is a Military filter that utilizes this field when agents search for referral partners in Command.

4. Enter you Bio, which will be shown on all of your public profiles and your agent site. If you need more space, you can click and drag the bottom right of the text box.

5. Click Save, at the bottom right of the page.

Preferences

1. Click into the Preferences section, on the left side of the page.

2. You will see Site/App toggles for Keller Home Loans, Keller Covered, and Display Neighborhoods. Use the drop-downs to choose whether to Enable or Disable these features.

The Keller Home Loan and Keller Covered items will show at the bottom of your listing pages, on your site, right below the mortgage calculator.

Display Neighborhoods controls whether you want neighborhood boundaries to display on the map search by default. Whether you have them turned off or on, site visitors have the ability to edit this setting for themselves while on the map search.

3. Click Save, at the bottom right of the page.

Legal Footer / Compliance

1. Click into the Preferences section, on the left side of the page.

2. If you need to add any Legal Footer Links to the footer of your site, click + Add Another Link. Once added, enter a Link Title (this is how it will display) and the actual link URL (make sure to enter "https://" at the beginning of your).

  • Once a link is added, the Link Title and URL fields are required. If needed, you can remove the link you added.

3. If there are any compliance logos that need to be added, you can click the Upload button to add from your device. You can also add Legal Footer Text, if there is text that has to be added to pages on your site.

4. Click Save, at the bottom right of the page.

Social

1. Click into the Social section, on the left side of the page.

2. Add any social media profiles you want to showcase, making sure to add "https://" to the beginning of profile's web address. These will populate on your KW.com agent profile, KW Agent Site agent profile and the top right of every page of your site, so clients can easily access and connect.

3. Click Save, at the bottom right of the page.

Referral Links

1. Click into the Referral Links section, on the left side of the page.

2. There is nothing to edit in this section, though you can use the copy links. First you will see your KW App URL, which you want people to click on using their mobile device for them be automatically taken through the process to download your branded app. 

If you are on a team that has created a Team Site, you will see a Team Referral Links section with the following information:

  • Team Website URL - this is a link unique to you, which adds your KWUID to the end of the URL. When someone uses this link, you will be connected to all of the contact forms and any new leads will pull in to the team Command account, with you as the Assignee.
  • Team App URL - this is a general Team App link. The Rainmaker will be notified about the new lead, but the system will use Lead Routing to automatically assign the lead to a team member. If there is no Lead Route set up to route Team Site/App leads, it will be put in the Unassigned Lead Pool.
  • Team Member App URL - this is a link unique to you. When someone uses this link on a mobile device, they will download the KW Team App, with you as the agent selected (once they create an account and log in). You will be connected to all of the contact forms and any new leads will pull in to the team Command account, with you as the Assignee.

Forced Registration

1. Click into the Forced Registration section, on the left side of the page.

2. Select a restriction option for how many property pages a visitor can view before they are forced to register or sign in:

  • Unrestricted (default option) - a visitor will be able to view unlimited property pages on your KW Agent Site without being asked to register.
  • 10 Properties - a visitor will be able to view 10 property pages on your KW Agent Site before being asked to register. When they click on the 11th property page, the registration pop-up will appear.
  • 2 Properties - a visitor will be able to view 2 property pages on your KW Agent Site before being asked to register. When they click on the 3rd property page, the registration pop-up will appear.
  • No Property Viewing - a visitor can use the search functionality, but will not be able to view any property pages without registering. When they click on the 1st property page, the registration pop-up will appear.

3. Click Save, at the bottom right of the page.

My Subdomain

1. Click into the My Subdomain section, on the left side of the page.

2. You will see the current web address of your KW Agent Site. If you need to, you can edit the subdomain, then click Save Changes.

  • The system is auto-populating ".kw.com", so you just have to edit the subdomain that comes before.

The change is instant. Your new subdomain will start working, and the old subdomain will become available for another agent to use.
